FTS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use any of our mobile applications (“Apps”) downloaded from the Apple App Store, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use our Apps.

 

2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

Since our Apps are designed to be universal, the specific data collected may vary slightly depending on the App. Generally, we collect information from and about users of our Apps in the following ways:

Information You Provide to Us: This includes information you provide by filling in forms in the App, reporting a problem, or corresponding with us (e.g., via email at feedback@feeltheskill.com).

Automatic Information Collection: When you download, access, and use the App, we may use technology to automatically collect:

Usage Details: Details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.

Device Information: Information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier (e.g., Apple’s IDFA, subject to your explicit permission via App Tracking Transparency), IP address, operating system (iOS), browser type, and mobile network information.

 

Apple App Store Information: When you make an in-app purchase or subscribe to our 1-month or 1-year plans, your transactions are processed directly by Apple. We do not collect or store your financial data or credit card information. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status to grant you access to premium features.

 

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:

Provide you with the App and its contents, and any other information, products or services that you request from us.

Process and manage your auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

Give you notices about your account/subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.

Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.

Notify you when App updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through it.

Improve our Apps, identify bugs, and enhance user experience through analytics.

 

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

 

To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business (e.g., analytics providers, crash reporting services). These third parties are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of FTS LLC, our customers, or others.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Apps.

Depending on your location (such as the EEA, UK, or certain US states like California), you may have specific rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

Request correction of inaccurate data.

Request deletion of your personal data (“Right to be Forgotten”).

Our Apps are generally not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verified parental consent. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will post the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
